Managing Permissions and Groups

By default, new pipelines are visible only to their owner. However, you can share your pipeline with a specific group created in the profile's Groups tab. To enable group sharing:

  1. Select Only my group.
  2. Choose the desired group name.

Members of the selected group will then have access to view the run on their run status page.

Alternatively, you can set permissions to Everyone, which allows visibility solely through a specific run link. Users can access the pipeline with the link, though it will not appear on their pipelines page.

When collaborating with multiple users on a shared pipeline, you can grant write permissions to a group. To do this:

  1. Use the Group Permission to Write dropdown.
  2. Specify the group allowed to make changes and modifications.
