Foundry Assets

Foundry Assets is a curated collection of publicly available pipelines, workflows, analysis modules, and supporting resources hosted on the Via Foundry platform for advanced omics analysis and data management.

Note: Via Foundry also has proprietary and private pipelines for different organizations. This guide doesn't cover their details for data security considerations.

Available Assets

The section has overview and documentation for different publicly available assets on Via Foundry platform:

  • Pipelines: Workflows available on the Via Foundry platform for processing Bulk, Single Cell, and Spatial omics data across a range of technologies.
  • Processes: Modular, reproducible workflow steps that serve as building blocks for pipelines. The Processes section provides documentation and details for each process.
  • Models: A curated set of computational models provided through Via Foundry's ModelSmith.

Note: Via Foundry is hosted on both AWS and GCP. One can access the Foundry Assets on either cloud background through the available links for each cloud.
