Troubleshooting AI Insight

AI Insight button is disabled

Possible causes:

  • No AI integration tokens configured
  • AI Insight is not enabled for your account
  • Network connectivity issues
  • No context available

Solutions:

  1. Check that you have created AI integration tokens in your profile. See Integration Tokens.
  2. Contact your administrator to verify the FF_AI_REPORT_INTERPRET feature flag status.
  3. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Reports don't show AI insights available

Possible causes:

  • Report file type not supported
  • File size exceeds the 15 MB limit
  • Workflow run status is not Success

Solutions:

  1. Verify the report is in PDF, HTML, or TXT format.
  2. Check that the file size is under 15 MB.
  3. Ensure the workflow run completed successfully.

AI responses are slow or timing out

Possible causes:

  • Large report files taking longer to process
  • High API usage or rate limits
  • Network latency

Solutions:

  1. Try using a different AI model.
  2. Break complex questions into smaller, focused queries.
  3. Check your AI provider's status page for outages.
