Standalone Apps

Standalone Mode allows you to launch applications independently from specific pipeline runs or datasets. This mode is ideal for interrogating data, exploratory tasks, and general review of pipeline results.

How to Launch an App in Standalone Mode

  1. Access the Apps Library: Navigate to the Apps section in the top navigation bar of Via Foundry.
  2. Browse Available Apps: Explore the list of shared or public Apps in the Apps Library. Utilize the search function for quick access to a specific App.
  3. Launch the App: Click the Launch button next to the desired App. The App will open in a new window or tab, ready for use.
  4. Upload Data (if required): If the App supports external datasets, follow its interface to upload files or provide data paths for analysis.
