Profile Guide

A Profile in Via Foundry serves as the centralized hub for managing your settings, groups, credentials, and configurations essential for effective platform usage. This guide outlines the key components of the Profile section, detailing its features and utilities to enhance user operations.

Profile Page

To access your Profile, click the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the web application and select "Profile" from the dropdown.

Profile Tabs

Overview of User Profiles

  • Run Environments Tab: This is your primary hub for creating connection profiles.

  • Credentials: Manage your keys and credentials here. You can input AWS and GCP credentials, generate new keys or input pre-existing SSH key pairs.

  • Integration Tokens: Manage credentials for accessing external tools, such as GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, BaseSpace, OpenAI, and Gemini tokens. See Integration Tokens.

  • User Groups: Use this tab to create groups and add members, facilitating the sharing of your runs or pipelines with others.

  • Preferences: Manage your personal settings, such as the intermediate file cleanup delay, and choose whether to receive email notifications about completed or failed runs.
