Groups

In the User Groups tab, you can manage your connections to other users and groups of users in the Foundry platform. Follow the steps below to utilize the group features effectively

Create a Group

  1. Group management In the profile page go to the Users Groubs tab.
  2. Create a Group: Click the Create a Group button and select name to form a new group.

Add Members to Group

  1. Manage Group Select "Edit/View Group" the group options context menu.
  2. Reference Member Expand "Add New Group Member" dropdown. Input member email used to create their Via Foundry account.
  3. Collaborate Click "Add Member". Anytime you share with the group, you will also share with the added Via Foundry account

Delete a Group

Delete a Group

  1. Manage Group Select "Delete" the group options context menu.
  2. Confirm choice Confirm that you wish to delete the group.

Warning

Make sure you're certain before deleting a group. This operation is irreversible!
