Sharing Runs

Step By Step

Log in to Via Foundry Navigate to the Via Foundry website and log in to your account.

Navigate to the Run
- Go to the project that contains the run you want to share.
- Click on the Runs tab to view all runs associated with the project.
Quickly find recent runs
The Activity landing page contains a list of recent runs. You can quickly find your run without navigating to a project.

Select the Run
- Identify and click on the specific run you wish to share. This action will open the details page for that run.

Set Permissions for Sharing
- Locate the Settings or Sharing Options for the run.
- Configure access permissions:
- Public Sharing: Enable this option to allow visibility for all users.
- Group Sharing: Share the run with specific groups you belong to. Ensure that the group is created and members are added under the Profile > Groups tab.

Grant Permissions
- Choose whether recipients will have view-only or edit permissions.
- Edit permissions allow collaborators to modify the run.
- Choose whether recipients will have view-only or edit permissions.

Manage Sharing Settings
- At any time, return to the sharing settings to revoke or adjust permissions as needed.

Sharing Best Practices
Share with Groups By sharing with groups:
- Membership can change as needed
- No need to alter the Run sharing settings in the future.
On the Run settings page you can set what permission levels collaborators have. Collaborators with access can: - View run details, logs, and reports. - Modify the run
Below is an overview of available permission levels.

| Private to you | Only you can view and edit the run. |
| Private to group members | Only the specified group (which must include you) can view or edit the run. |
| Everyone | All users will be able to see your run. |
Sharing with Everyone
Only Admins of Via Foundry will be able to share with Everyone.
